摘要:
目的 了解乳腺癌患者疾病接受度现状并分析其影响因素,为实施针对性干预提供理论依据。方法 采用便利抽样法选取广州市某三级甲等综合医院住院治疗的292例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、疾病接受度量表、简易应对方式量表、领悟社会支持量表对其进行调查。结果 乳腺癌患者疾病接受度得分为(19.09±4.42)分,总体处于低水平; 年龄、居住地、临床分期、积极应对、家庭内支持5个因子进入乳腺癌患者疾病接受度的多元回归方程,共解释总变异的58.1%。结论 乳腺癌患者疾病接受度较差,年龄、居住地、临床分期、积极应对、家庭内支持是影响其疾病接受度的主要影响因素。
Abstract:
Objective To explore status quo of acceptance of illness among breast cancer patients and its influencing factors,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the implementation of targeted interventions.Methods From July 2020 to April 2021, 292 breast cancer patients hospitalized in a tertiary A hospital were selected as the study subjects by convenience sampling method. A cross-sectional survey was used to conduct a questionnaire survey of 292 breast cancer patients using general information questionnaire,Acceptance of Illness Scale,Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire,and Perceived Social Support Scale.Results The acceptance of illness score of breast cancer patients was(19.09±4.42),which was generally at a low level.Age,residence,clinical stage,active coping,and support within the family entered into the multiple regression equation of the acceptance of illness of breast cancer patients,explaining 58.1% of the total variation.Conclusions The acceptance of illness among breast cancer patients is low.Age,residence,clinical stage,active coping,and support within the family are the main influencing factors of acceptance of illness.
