摘要:
目的 探讨光疗法对鼻咽癌同步放化疗患者癌因性疲乏的干预效果。方法 便利抽样法选取南宁市某三级甲等医院行同步放化疗的鼻咽癌住院患者78例为研究对象。将其随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施光疗法干预。比较两组患者干预前及干预后2、4、6周时癌因性疲乏、焦虑抑郁及生活质量得分。结果 观察组癌因性疲乏得分、抑郁得分和生活质量得分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 光疗法可以有效缓解鼻咽癌患者放化疗期间疲乏症状,降低抑郁情绪,提高生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of light therapy on cancer-related fatigue in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)with concurrent chemoradiotherapy.Methods From December 2019 to November 2020, 78 inpatients with NPC who underwent concurrent chemortherorotherapy in a tertiary A tumor hospital in Guangxi were selected by the convenience sampling method and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received light therapy intervention on this basis.The scores of cancer-related fatigue,anxiety and depression and quality of life were compared between the two groups before intervention and 2,4 and 6 weeks after intervention.Results The scores of cancer-related fatigue,depression and quality of life in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Light therapy can effectively relieve fatigue symptoms,reduce depression and improve the quality of life of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma during concurrent chemoradiotherapy.
