目的 探索护理硕士研究生心理资本的潜在类别,并探讨各类别与情绪幸福感的关系。方法 2021年2-4月,采用便利抽样法选取山东省6所院校的294名在读护理硕士研究生为研究对象,使用积极心理资本问卷、积极情感消极情感量表对其进行调查,同时对心理资本进行潜在剖面分析。结果 护理硕士研究生心理资本可分为富裕型(29%)、中等型(58%)和贫乏型(13%)。心理资本潜在类别是情绪幸福感的影响因素,富裕型和中等型护理硕士研究生的情绪幸福感均高于贫乏型(均P<0.05)。结论 硕士研究生心理资本存在异质性。护理教育者应关注心理资本为贫乏型的护理硕士研究生,并开发心理资本干预策略,以提高其情绪幸福感水平。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the latent profiles of psychological capital of nursing graduates,and to examine the relationships between latent profiles of psychological capital and emotional well-being.Methods By the convenient sampling method,294 nursing graduates from 6 universities in Shandong province were selected from February to April 2021.The Positive Psychological Questionnaire and the Positive Affect and Negative Affect Scale were used to investigate the psychological capital and emotional well-being,meanwhile,a latent profile analysis was employed to explore the latent profiles of psychological capital in nursing graduates.Results The psychological capital of nursing graduates was classified into “rich”(29%),“medium”(58%)and “poor”(13%).The latent profiles of psychological capital were influencing factors of emotional well-being,and the scores for emotional well-being in nursing graduates with “rich” and “medium” psychological capital were higher than those with “poor”(all P<0.05).Conclusions Psychological capital of nursing graduates is heterogeneous.Nursing educators should pay more attention to nursing graduates with “poor” psychological capital,develop interventions targeted to psychological capital to boost emotional well-being in nursing graduates.
