摘要:
目的 了解养老机构老年人跌倒警觉度的现况及其影响因素。方法 2020年9月至2021年2月,采用便利抽样法选取河北省和天津市9所养老机构的527位老年人为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、养老机构特征性问卷、跌倒警觉度量表(the self-awareness of falls in elderly scale,SAFE)、STEADI老年人跌倒风险自评量表(stay independent brochure questionnaire,SIB)和日常生活活动能力(the Barthel index of activities daily living,BI)量表对其进行调查。结果 养老机构老年人SAFE总分为(60.58±10.88)分,多元线性回归结果显示,学历、跌倒经历、害怕跌倒、跌倒风险、身体疲乏、参加集体活动、BI为养老机构老年人跌倒警觉度的影响因素(均P<0.05),可解释总变异的49.4%。结论 养老机构老年人的跌倒警觉度处于偏高水平,护理人员可采用健康教育等方式提高其跌倒警觉度,以降低老年人的跌倒发生率。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the status of the self-awareness of falls among elderly in nursing homes and analyze its influenceing factors.Methods From September 2020 to February 2021, 527 elderly from 9 nursing homes in Hebei province and Tianjin city were selected by convenience sampling method.A general information questionnaire,characteristic questionnaire of nursing institutions,SAFE,Stay Independent Brochure Questionnaire and BI scale were used for investigation.Results The total score of SAFE among the elderly was(60.58±10.88).The results of multivariate linear regression analysis showed that education background,falls history,fear of falls,risk of falling,physical fatigue,frequency of participating in group activities and BI were the influencing factors of the self-awareness of falls among the elderly in nursing homes(all P<0.05),which explained 49.4% of the total variation.Conclusions The score of SAFE among the elderly in nursing homes is at upper level.Nursing staff are suggested to use health education and other methods to improve the awareness of falls to reduce the incidence of falling in the elderly.
