摘要:
目的 探讨人工智能在老年照护中的研究热点与发展趋势,为今后研究提供思路和参考。方法 检索Web of Science核心合集数据库,采用CiteSpace 6.1.R1软件对纳入文献进行可视化分析,主要包括每年发文量、国家、关键词和关键词聚类及突现。结果 最终纳入文献13194篇,发文最多的国家为美国,研究热点主要有危险因素、机器学习、功能连接、阿尔兹海默症、跌倒检测、照护等,研究趋势围绕“特征抽取”“计算机断层扫描”“预防”“预测模型”等。结论 人工智能在老年照护中的研究迅速发展,建议各国学者基于各国国情以及研究热点,进一步完善人工智能在老年照护中的研究发展。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the research hotspots and trends of artificial intelligence application in elderly care,and to provide reference for the future research.Methods The Web of Science database was retrieved and the Citespace 6.1.R1 was used to analyze the included articles,including the number of articles,countries,key words and key words clustering and emergence for visual analysis.Results A total of 13 194 articles were included in the final analysis.The United States was the largest country contributor.Research hotspots included risk factors,machine learning,functional connectivity,Alzheimer's disease,fall detection and care etc.The research trends included feature extraction,computed tomography,prevention and prediction model.Conclusions The research of artificial intelligence in elderly care is developing rapidly.It is suggested that scholars from various countries should further improve the research and development of artificial intelligence in elderly care based on national conditions and research hotspots.
