摘要:
目的 构建科学、全面且操作性强的重症专科护士体验式培训方案,进一步促进重症专科护士培训质量的提升。方法 应用体验式教学循环模式,进行文献分析,对341名取得资质认证的重症专科护士进行体验式培训的需求调查分析,初步形成重症专科护士体验式培训框架,采用德尔菲法对18名专家进行两轮函询。结果 两轮函询问卷的回收率分别为100.0%和94.4%; 专家权威系数分别为为0.86和0.87; 两轮一、二、三级指标的Kendall's W协调系数分别为0.196、0.215、0.241和0.220、0.248、0.301(均P<0.01); 最终构建的重症专科护士体验式培训方案包括一级指标5项、二级指标14项和三级指标76项。结论 构建的重症专科护士体验式培训方案有较好的可靠性、全面性和可操作性,为将来进一步优化重症专科护士的综合能力水平,提高临床护理质量提供了科学保证。
Abstract:
Objective To construct an experiential training program for Intensive Care Unit(ICU)nurses.Methods Based on experiential learning cycle model,the first draft of training program was established by literature analysis and the survey among 341 qualified ICU nurses.The Delphi method was adopted to conduct two rounds of correspondence consultation with 18 experts.Results The recovery rates of the two rounds of correspondence questionnaire were 100.0% and 94.4%,respectively.The expert authority coefficients of the two rounds were 0.86 and 0.87,respectively.Kendall's W coordination coefficients of the first,second and third indexes in the two rounds were 0.196,0.215,0.241 and 0.220,0.248,0.301,respectively(all P<0.01).The experiential training program for ICU nurses finally constructed includes 5 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators and 76 third-level indicators.Conclusions The experiential training program for ICU nurses constructed in this study has good reliability,comprehensiveness and operability,which provides a scientific guarantee for further optimizing the comprehensive ability level of ICU nurses in the future and improving the quality of clinical nursing.
