摘要:
目的 分析心理弹性在乳腺癌患者复发恐惧与家庭适应性间的作用路径,为乳腺癌患者的积极心理干预提供实证依据。方法 便利抽样法选取广东省3所综合性三级甲等医院乳腺外科住院乳腺癌患者为研究对象,采用癌症复发担忧量表、家庭亲密度和适应性量表、心理弹性量表对其进行调查。结果 家庭适应性可正向预测心理弹性(效应值为0.438,P<0.001),心理弹性可负向预测复发恐惧(效应值为-0.349,P<0.001),心理弹性在复发恐惧与家庭适应性之间起遮掩效应(间接效应值和直接效应值分别为-0.153、0.159)。结论 心理弹性在乳腺癌患者癌症复发恐惧与家庭适应性之间起遮掩作用,医护人员可从积极心理学角度通过改善家庭适应性去提高患者的心理弹性,降低其癌症复发恐惧,为癌症的治疗和管理提供保障。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the function route of psychological resilience on fear of recurrence and family adaptability in breast cancer patients,and to provide evidence for positive psychological intervention in breast cancer patients.Methods The inpatients with breast cancer in the breast surgery department of 3 tertiary A comprehensive hospitals in Guangdong Province were selected by the convenience sampling method and a questionnaire survey was conducted with the concern about recurrence scale,the adaptability subscale of the family adaptability and cohesion scale and the connor-davidson resilience scale.Results Family adaptability positively predicts psychological resilience(a=0.438,P<0.001),while psychological resilience negatively predicts fear of recurrence(b=-0.349,P<0.001).The relationship between fear of recurrence and family adaptability of breast cancer patients was suppressed by psychological resilience(ab=-0.153,c'=0.159).Conclusions There was suppressing effect of psychological resilience in the relationship between family adaptability and fear of recurrence of breast cancer patients.Medical staff can improve the psychological resilience of patients by improving family adaptability from the perspective of positive psychology,to reduce their fear of cancer recurrence and provide guarantee for the treatment and management of cancer.
