目的 探讨基于概念图的以团队合作为基础的教学法(team-based learning,TBL)在急诊实习教学中对本科护生急诊临床能力的应用效果。方法 便利抽样选取某三甲医院急诊科实习的61名本科护生作为研究对象,按入科时间分为试验组30人和对照组31人,试验组采取基于概念图的TBL教学,对照组采取传统教学,比较两组护生考试成绩和急诊临床能力得分。结果 试验组护生的理论知识、操作技能及急诊临床能力的临床处置、沟通协调、健康教育和临床教学维度得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 基于概念图的TBL教学应用于急诊科实习教学中可提高本科护生急诊临床能力,在临床护理教学中值得推广。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of the Team-Based Learning(TBL)teaching method on emergency clinical ability of undergraduate nursing students in the emergency practice teaching based on the concept map. Methods By convenience sampling method,61 undergraduate nursing students in the emergency department of a tertiary hospital were selected.According to the admission time,they were divided into the experimental group(30 students)and the control group(31 students). The experimental group adopted TBL teaching based on concept map,and the control group adopted traditional teaching.The examination scores and emergency clinical ability scores of nursing students in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,operation skills,clinical treatment,communication and coordination,health education and clinical teaching of nursing students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The application of TBL teaching method based on the concept map in the practice teaching of emergency department can improve the emergency clinical ability of undergraduate nursing students,and it is worthy of promotion in clinical nursing teaching.
