摘要:
目的 探讨叙事教育在本科《护理心理学》课程中的应用效果。方法 便利抽样选取某校2018级全日制本科护理专业学生215名为研究对象,按班级分为观察组(108人)和对照组(107人),对照组采用传统案例教学,观察组在此基础上采用叙事教育,设计了包括发布学习资源、呈现素材故事、学习掌握知识、引导启发思考、实践升华理论、书写反思日记等6个程序。教学结束,比较两组护生的课程成绩,采用关怀能力量表(caring ability inventory,CAI)、教学满意度、半结构化访谈、反思日记等评价叙事教育效果。结果 观察组护生的课程平时成绩以及CAI总分和理解及勇气维度得分与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),教学满意度也优于对照组。结论 叙事教育对护生人文关怀能力的提升及教学效果的提高是一种行之有效的创新性教学方法。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of narrative pedagogy in the course of Nursing Psychology.Methods By convenience sampling method,a total of 215 full-time undergraduate nursing students from Grade 2018 were selected and divided into the experimental group(n=108)and the control group(n=107).The control group adopted traditional case-based teaching,and the experimental group adopted narrative pedagogy on this basis.Six procedures were designed,including releasing learning resources,presenting material stories,learning and mastering knowledge,guiding and inspiring thinking,sublimating theory through practice,and writing the reflective diary.At the end of the teaching,comparing the course scores of the two groups of nursing students,and evaluating the effect of narrative pedagogy by using the Caring Ability Inventory(CAI),teaching satisfaction scale,semi-structured interview,and reflection diary.Results In the observation group,there were statistically significant differences in the usual performance scores,CAI total scores,understanding and courage dimensions scores(all P<0.05),and the teaching satisfaction was better than that in the control group.Conclusions Narrative pedagogy is an effective innovative teaching method that improves humanistic caring ability and teaching effect.
