摘要:
目的 了解意外伤害儿童在儿科重症监护室(pediatric intensive care unit,PICU)期间父母的真实体验,明确患儿父母现存的问题和需求。方法 采用现象学研究方法,对安徽省某医院PICU住院的12名意外伤害儿童的父母进行半结构访谈,采用Colaizzi分析法对资料进行分析。结果 PICU意外伤害儿童父母真实体验共归纳提炼出4个主题:复杂的心理体验; 陡增的家庭负担; 渴望就医环境改善; 期望获取患儿身心健康信息。结论 医护人员应重视PICU意外伤害儿童父母复杂的心理和需求,制定早期、专业、多元化的干预方案,以降低其不良心理体验,更好地参与患儿治疗。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the parents experience of unintentional injured children in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit(PICU),and to clarify the existing problems and needs of parents,so as to provide reference for the formulation of targeted intervention programs.Methods The phenomenological research method was used to conduct a semi-structured interview with the parents of 12 unintentional injured children in PICU of a hospital in Anhui Province,and the data were analyzed by Colaizzi analysis.Results The real experience of the interviewed parents could be summarized into four themes:complex psychological experience,sharp increase of family burden,desire to improve the environment for medical treatment,and expectation of physical and mental information of children.Conclusions The psychological experience of the parents of unintentional injured children in PICU is complex.Medical staff should pay attention to their emotions and needs,provide professional and feasible medical services,and formulate early,professional and diversified intervention programs to reduce their negative psychological experience and better participate in the treatment of children.
