摘要:
目的 探讨早产儿父亲创伤后成长的心理体验。方法 2020年12月至2021年2月,采用目的抽样法选取北京市某三级甲等医院儿科门诊收治的18例早产儿的父亲为研究对象,采用现象学研究方法对其进行半结构式访谈,应用Colaizzi分析法对收资的资料进行分析。结果 早产儿父亲创伤后成长的心理体验可归纳为以下4个主题:获得人生新体验、启动心理补偿机制、自我处境合理化、反思获益与成长。结论 护士应对早产儿父亲创伤后成长有更加全面的认识,及时关注并给予早产儿父亲早期引导和多维度心理社会支持,促进其心理健康和早产儿家庭的顺利过渡。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the psychological experience of fathers of premature infants in post-traumatic growth.Methods From December 2020 to February 2021,the purposive sampling method was used to select the fathers of 18 premature infants who were treated in the pediatric outpatient department of a tertiary hospital in Beijing.Semi-structured interviews were conducted with phenomenological research methods,and Colaizzi analysis was used to analyze the data.Results The psychological experience of father's posttraumatic growth of premature infants can be summarized into the following four themes: obtaining new life experience,starting psychological compensation mechanism,rationalizing self-situation,reflecting benefit and growth.Conclusions Nurses should have a more comprehensive understanding of the father's posttraumatic growth of premature infants,pay close attention to the family and give early guidance and multidimensional psychosocial support to the father,so as to promote the father's mental health and provide the smooth transition process to the family of premature infants.
