摘要:
目的 明确护理人员应用院前急救输液泵的关键需求。方法 对190名护理人员进行问卷调查,确定院前急救输液泵应用需求的Kano分类,并进行满意度和重要度分析。结果 共得到魅力型需求和一维型需求各17项,必备型需求和无差异需求各1项,满意度评价为0.50~0.82,重要度评价为0.22~0.71。结论 Kano模型可以用于院前急救输液泵应用需求调整,护理人员院前急救输液泵的应用需求以安全性、高效性为主,同时应注意实现院前急救输液泵的多环境适应性,整合低重要度需求,促进急救输液泵种类的研发。
Abstract:
Objective To clarify the key demands of nursing staff in the application of prehospital emergency infusion pump.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 190 nurses to determine the Kano classification of application needs,and the satisfaction and importance were analyzed.Results A total of 17 attractive and one-dimensional demands were obtained,and one must-be demand and one indifference demand were obtained.The degree of satisfaction was from 0.50 to 0.82,and the degree of importance was from 0.22 to 0.71.Conclusions The Kano model can be used to adjust the application demand of prehospital emergency infusion pump.The application demands of prehospital emergency infusion pump are mainly safety and efficiency.At the same time,we should realize the multi-environment adaptability of prehospital emergency infusion pump,integrate the low importance demand,and promote the research and development of emergency infusion pump types.
