摘要:
目的 构建住院患者静脉血栓栓塞症(venous thromboembolism,VTE)预防护理质量评价指标体系,为指导和提高围术期VTE预防护理质量提供参考依据。方法 以“结构-过程-结果”质量模型为理论依据,在文献回顾和小组讨论的基础上初步拟定函询问卷,应用德尔菲法进行2轮专家函询,采用层次分析法计算各指标权重。结果 两轮函询问卷有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数为0.905,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.316、0.330。最终形成包含3个一级指标、9个二级指标、23个三级指标的住院患者VTE预防护理质量评价指标体系。结论 住院患者VTE预防护理质量评价指标体系构建方法科学合理、实用性强,可有效评价VTE预防护理质量。
Abstract:
Objective To construct the evaluation index system of preventive nursing quality of venous thromboembolism(VTE)among inpatients,and to provide reference for guiding and improving the preventive nursing quality of VTE during perioperative period.Methods The “structure-process-result” quality model was used as the theoretical basis,and the questionnaire was initially developed on the basis of literature review and group discussion.Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted by Delphi method,and the weight of each index was calculated by analytic hierarchy process.Results The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of questionnaire was 100%,the expert authority coefficient was 0.905,and the Kendall harmony coefficient was 0.316 and 0.330,respectively.Finally,an evaluation index system of VTE prevention and nursing quality for inpatients was formed,including 3 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 23 third-level indicators.Conclusions The construction method of evaluation index system of VTE preventive nursing quality among inpatients is scientific,reasonable and practical,which can effectively evaluate the quality of VTE preventive nursing.
