目的 了解中国科学引文数据库(Chinese science citation database,CSCD)收录的护理期刊中质性研究反思报告现状并提出建议,为反思报告的设计、实施和写作提供参考。方法 检索WHO、EUQATOR协作网、国际指南协作网、英国国家临床医学研究所指南库、Cochrane Library、PubMed、Embase、CINAHL、PsycInfo、中国知网、万方数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库,获取质性研究反思报告条目。检索2019年10月至2021年9月CSCD收录的质性研究文章,审查反思报告内容。结果 共提取总结反思报告条目6条,纳入文献147篇,在“研究者对所研究现象的假设/预设/先入之见/前理解/经验”(2.72%)、“进行研究的原因/兴趣/动机”(4.76%)和“研究对研究者的影响”(0.00%)等方面存在问题。结论 质性研究者应加强反思质性研究相关理论与方法的学习,并在论文中规范、详尽地报告,提高我国护理质性研究文献的质量。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the status quo of the reflexivity reports of qualitative studies in Chinese Science Citation Database(CSCD)journals of nursing science and to provide suggestions for the design,implements and writing of this type.Methods Report specifications for qualitative studies were searched in WHO,EQURTOR,GIN,NICE,Cochrane Library,PubMed,Embase,CINAHL,PsycInfo,CNKI,Wanfang and CBM,to extract reflexivity report items.The qualitative studies articles of CSCD journals of nursing science from October 2019 to September 2021 were searched,and the content of the reflexivity reports were reviewed.Results A total of 6 items were extracted and summarized in the reflection report,and 147 articles were selected.There were problems in “researchers' hypothesis/presupposition/preconception/preunderstanding/experience of the phenomenon studied”(2.72%),“reasons/interest/motivation for conducting the research”(4.76%),and “the influence of the research on the researcher”(0.00%).Conclusions Qualitative researchers should strengthen the study of the relevant theories and methods of reflexivity,and formally and exhaustively report reflexivity in papers,and improve the quality of Chinese qualitative nursing research literature.
