摘要:
目的 探讨影响克罗恩病患者鼻胃管家庭肠内营养自我管理行为的相关因素,为今后医务人员采取针对性的措施提供依据。方法 采用目的抽样法选取行鼻胃管置管家庭肠内营养的13例克罗恩病患者为研究对象,对其进行半结构式深入访谈,使用Colaizzi分析法对资料进行分析。结果 克罗恩病患者鼻胃管家庭肠内营养的自我管理体验共提炼出置管后的不适体验、置管后的自我调适、强化自我管理的因素等3个主题。结论 多种因素影响克罗恩病患者鼻胃管家庭肠内营养自我管理的行为,医护人员应给予个体化、持续性的护理,以提高克罗恩病患者经鼻饲家庭肠内营养自我管理的依从性。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the factors that affected the self-management behaviors of home enteral nutrition with nasogastric tube among patients with Crohn’s disease,so as to provide evidence for medical staff to take targeted measures in the future.Methods Purposive sampling method was used to select 13 patients with Crohn’s disease who underwent home enteral nutrition with nasogastric tube.Semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted and the Colaizzi analysis was used to analyze the data.Results Three themes on the self-management experience of home enteral nutrition with nasogastric tube among patients with Crohn’s disease were extracted,including discomfort after catheterization,self-adjustment after catheterization,and factors to strengthen self-management.Conclusions Many factors can affect the self-management behaviors of home enteral nutrition with nasogastric tube among patients with Crohn’s disease.Medical staff should provide individualized and continuous nursing care,so as to improve the compliance of self-management of home enteral nutrition with nasogastric tube among patients with Crohn’s disease.
