摘要:
目的 基于用户画像探讨年轻乳腺癌生存者(young breast cancer survivors,YBCSs)的综合需求及其影响因素,以期为后续精准干预提供样本人群的特征参考。方法 2020年8月至2021年7月,便利抽样法选择上海市3所医院的年轻乳腺癌生存者142例为研究对象,采用一般人口学资料量表、电子健康素养量表和综合需求评估量表评测其特征及需求。结果 142名YBCSs的综合需求总分为98.50(75.00,133.00)分,电子健康素养总分为27.50(21.00,30.25)分。自然属性中,确诊时间、治疗方式分别影响心理健康需求(P<0.01)和医院设施需求(P<0.05); 社会特征中,婚姻是多种需求的影响因素,而职业、学历、地域是知识信息需求的影响因素(均P<0.05); 网络行为中,上网频率、网络信息查找能力等对不同需求产生影响(均P<0.05)。结论 年轻乳腺癌患者生存需求与其画像特征显著相关,可对生存者的自然属性、社会特征、网络行为轨迹进行特异性分析,掌握并预测需求变化,从而制定个性化的干预措施。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the comprehensive need and its influencing factors of young breast cancer survivors(YBCSs)based on user portrait.Methods From August 2020 to July 2021,142 young breast cancer survivors from 3 hospitals in Shanghai were selected by convenience sampling method.The general demographic data scale,e-health literacy scale(e-HEALS),and comprehensive needs assessment tool(CNAT)were used to find out the characteristics and needs of the subjects.Results The total scores of comprehensive needs and e-health literacy of 142 YBCSs were 98.50(75.00,133.00)and 27.50(21.00,30.25)respectively.The diagnosis time and treatment mode of natural attributes category affected the psychological health needs(P<0.01)and hospital facilities demand(P<0.05)respectively. Among the social characteristics,marriage is the influencing factor of various needs,while occupation,education and region are the influencing factors of knowledge and information needs(all P<0.05).Frequency of internet access and the ability to get online information of network behaviors category had an impact on different needs(all P<0.05).Conclusions The survival needs of young breast cancer patients are significantly related to their portraits.Future research can make specific analysis of the natural attributes,social characteristics and network behavior of survivors,grasp and predict changes in survival needs,and formulate personalized intervention measures to improve their quality of life.
