摘要:
目的 了解我国近20年护理信息能力研究热点、研究趋势及前沿动态,为制订针对性措施提高护理信息能力提供参考。方法 以中国期刊全文数据库和万方数据库为数据来源,采用CiteSpace 5.7软件和gCLUTO 1.0软件对纳入文献进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入496篇文献。高频关键词有“信息素养”“护理”和“自主学习能力”,较新的突变关键词有“临床护士”“护理本科生”和“循证护理”; 研究热点集中在护理教学、临床护理工作、评价工具、调查分析、培养策略、护理质量管理方面; 时区图显示近年来对护理信息能力评价和人才培养关注较多。结论 发文量呈上升趋势,研究力量集中在高校,护理人员的信息能力有待提高。相关学者应加强团队间联系,积极开展多区域、多中心合作,对提高护理信息能力展开深入探讨。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the research hotspots,research trends and frontier trends of nursing informatics competency in recent 20 years,and to provide guidance for improving nursing informatics competency and enacting targeted measures in the future.Methods Taking the literature published in CNKI and Wanfang Data as the data source,the software CiteSpace 5.7 and gCLUTO 1.0 were used to analyze the included literature.Results A total of 496 publications were included.High frequency keywords included “information literacy”“nursing”“autonomous learning ability”,etc.The latest burst keywords included “clinical nurse”“nursing undergraduate”“evidence-based nursing”,etc.The mountain visualization showed that the research focuses on nursing teaching,clinical nursing work,evaluation tools,investigation and analysis,training strategies,nursing quality management.The time zone diagram showed that publications mostly explored in the nursing informatics competency evaluation and talent training in recent years.Conclusions The number of literature is on the rise,and universities are the main research institutions.Nursing staff's informatics competency needs to be improved.Researchers should strengthen the contact between teams,carry out multi-regional and multi-center cooperation actively,and discuss about improving nursing informatics competency deeply.
