摘要:
目的 探讨肾病综合征(nephrotic syndrome,NS)患儿父母感知脆弱与患儿心理行为的相关性及其影响因素,为制定针对性干预措施提供参考。方法 便利抽样法选取乌鲁木齐市某三级甲等医院就诊的516例NS患儿及其父母为研究对象,采用感知脆弱程度量表和父母用Conners症状问卷对其进行调查。结果 NS患儿父母感知脆弱总分为9.00(5.00,12.00)分,高水平者占42.05%。Pearson相关性分析显示,感知脆弱评分与症状评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,独生子女、与患儿关系、婚姻状态、父母合并焦虑和社会支持度是NS患儿父母高水平感知脆弱的独立危险因素(均P<0.05)。结论 NS患儿父母高水平感知脆弱者比例高,其感知脆弱水平与患儿心理行为密切相关。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the correlation between parents' perceived vulnerability and children's psychological behavior in children with nephrotic syndrome(NS)and its influencing factors,aiming to provide a reference for interventions.Methods 516 children with NS and their parents in a tertiary A hospital in Urumqi were selected as the research objects and were investigated by Child Vulnerability Scale(CVS)and Conners Parent Symptom Questionnaire(PSQ).Results The total score of CVS in parents of NS children was 9.00(5.00,12.00)points,and parents with high level accounted for 42.05%.Pearson correlation analysis showed that CVS scores was positively correlated with PSQ scores(all P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the only child,the relationship with children,marital status,parent with anxiety and social support were independent risk factors for the high level of perceived vulnerability in parents of NS children(all P<0.05).Conclusions high level perceived vulnerability in parents of children with NS is of a high proportion.
