摘要:
目的 探讨听神经瘤切除术后患者心理灵活性与创伤后成长的关系,以及认知情绪调节方式在两者之间的中介作用。方法 2020年5—8月,采用方便抽样法选取山东、北京两地3所三级甲等综合性医院神经科收治的听神经瘤切除术后住院患者211例为研究对象,采用承诺行动问卷、认知情绪调节问卷和创伤后成长评定量表对其进行调查。结果 听神经瘤切除术后患者创伤后成长、心理灵活性和认知情绪调节方式得分分别为(66.09±15.68)分、(27.07±6.78)分和(119.36±20.71)分; 创伤后成长与心理灵活性、认知情绪调节,心理灵活性与认知情绪调节均呈正相关(r=0.493、0.512、0.479,均P<0.01)。认知情绪调节方式在心理灵活性与创伤后成长之间起部分中介效应。结论 心理灵活性可直接影响听神经瘤切除术后患者的创伤后成长,也可通过认知情绪调节方式间接影响创伤后成长。护理人员可基于积极心理学的视角以增强个体心理灵活性水平和调整认知情绪调节方式为切入点,促进患者的创伤后成长。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the relationship between psychological flexibility and post-traumatic growth in patients after acoustic neuroma resection and the mediating role of cognitive emotion regulation.Methods From May to August 2020,211 hospitalized patients after acoustic neuroma resection in the neurology department of three tertiary A hospitals in Shandong and Beijing were select by the convenient sampling method and were investigated by Commitment Action Questionnaire,Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire and Post-traumatic Growth Inventory.Results The scores of post-traumatic growth,psychological flexibility and cognitive emotional regulation were(66.09±15.68),(27.07±6.78)and(119.36±20.71),respectively.Post-traumatic growth was positively correlated with psychological flexibility and cognitive emotional regulation,and psychological flexibility was positively correlated with cognitive emotional regulation(r=0.493、0.512、0.479,all P<0.01).Cognitive emotion regulation played a partial mediating role between psychological flexibility and post-traumatic growth.Conclusions Psychological flexibility can directly affect post-traumatic growth of patients after acoustic neuroma resection,and it can also indirectly affect post-traumatic growth through cognitive emotion regulation.Nursing staff can enhance individual psychological flexibility or adjust the way of cognitive and emotional regulation,and finally promote the post-traumatic growth of patients.
