摘要:
目的 构建符合核二级救治机构护理救援能力评估的指标体系。方法 按照层次分析法初步编制指标体系框架,采用德尔菲法进行 2 轮专家咨询,确定指标及各指标重要程度。结果 建立了一套由防护、检测、分类后送、去污洗消、救护、保障等6项一级指标、18项二级指标、83项三级指标构成的核二级救治机构护理救援能力评估体系。结论 从专家的代表性、积极性、权威性及对指标的一致认可程度确证该指标体系的可信度较高; 该指标体系的建立对核二级救治护理人员救援能力评价提供了科学依据,可为系统培训核二级救治护理人员提供指导意见。
Abstract:
Objective To construct an index system in line with the evaluation of nursing rescue competency of nuclear secondary treatment institutions.Methods According to the analytic hierarchy process,the index system framework was preliminarily compiled,and two rounds of expert consultation were conducted by Delphi method to determine the index and the importance of each index.Results A nursing rescue competency evaluation system of nuclear secondary treatment institutions was established,which was composed of 6 primary indicators,18 secondary indicators and 83 tertiary indicators. The primary indicators were protection,detection,classified evacuation,decontamination,rescue and guarantee.Conclusions From the representativeness,enthusiasm and authority of the experts and the degree of consensus on the index,the credibility of the index system is confirmed.The establishment of the index system provides a scientific basis for the evaluation of the rescue ability of the nursing staff in the nuclear secondary treatment institutions,and provides guidance for the systematic training of the nursing staff in the nuclear secondary treatment institutions.
