摘要:
目的 系统评价妊娠期乳腺癌患者的疾病体验和心理感受的质性研究,以期为临床制订针对妊娠期乳腺癌患者的护理干预措施提供参考。方法 计算机检索Cochrane Library、Web of Science、Embase、Pubmed、CBM、维普、万方、知网等数据库中有关妊娠期乳腺癌患者真实经历、心理感受的质性研究,检索年限为建库至2021年7月,使用JBI循证卫生保健中心的质性研究真实性评价工具(2016版)对文献质量进行评价,采用Meta整合方法对结果进行分析。结果 共纳入8篇文献,提炼出29个研究结果, 归纳为7个新类别,综合成3个整合结果:延误且意外的诊治经历、负性且强烈的应激反应、积极且多元的应对方式。结论 亟须提高患者健康意识,协助患者快速作出诊治决策; 关注患者身心应激,给予多方位支持; 加强多学科协作,提供专业救助。
Abstract:
Objective To systematically review the qualitative researches on the disease experience and psychological feelings of breast cancer patients during pregnancy, and to provide reference for targeted intervention.Methods Databases including Cochrane Library、Web of Science、Embase、Pubmed,CBM, VIP,Wanfang,China Knowledge Network databases were searched to retrieve qualitative studies on the real experiences and psychological feelings of breast cancer patients during pregnancy, with the search year from the establishment of the database to July 2021. The JBI Evidence-Based Health Care Centre Quality Evaluation Criteria(2016 version)for qualitative studies were used to assess the quality of the article, and the results were analyzed using a meta-integration approach.Results 8 studies were included, and 29 findings were put into 7 new categories and synthesized into 3 integrated findings:delayed and unexpected clinic experiences, negative and intense stress responses, and positive and multiple coping styles. Conclusions There is an urgent need to improve patients’ health awareness, assist patients in making diagnostic and treatment decisions, focus on patients’ physical and mental stress, offer multifaceted support, strengthen multidisciplinary collaboration and provide professional assistance.
