摘要:
目的 探讨护理本科生生命意义感与职业认同感之间的关系及灵性关怀认知在生命意义感与职业认同感间的中介作用。方法 2020年6-7月,采用便利抽样法选取河南省9所高校的1251名全日制护理本科生为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、生命意义感量表(the meaning in life questionnaire,MLQ)、灵性关怀认知量表(Chinese version of the spiritual caregiving scale,C-SCGS)及职业认同感量表(professional identification scale,PIS)对其进行调查,并进行相关性分析和中介效应分析。结果 护理本科生PIS总分为(30.95±5.20)分,均分为(3.44±0.58)分,生命意义感、灵性关怀认知与职业认同感均呈正相关(均P<0.01); 生命意义感正向预测灵性关怀认知(β=1.412,P<0.01),灵性关怀认知正向预测职业认同感(β=0.019,P<0.01),生命意义感正向预测职业认同感(β=0.262,P<0.01); 灵性关怀认知在生命意义感与职业认同感之间起到部分中介作用,中介效应量为9.28%。结论 护理本科生的生命意义感对职业认同感有显著促进作用,灵性关怀认知在提升生命意义感与职业认同感的关系中起部分中介效应; 建议护理教育者可通过提高护理本科生生命意义感,增强灵性关怀认知,促进护理本科生的职业认同感。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the relationship between the meaning in life and professional identity of nursing undergraduates,and the mediating role of perception of spiritual care between the meaning in life and professional identity.Methods From June to July 2020,1251 full-time nursing undergraduates from 9 colleges and universities in Henan Province were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling method,using general information questionnaire,the meaning in life questionnaire(MLQ),Chinese version of the spiritual caregiving scale(C-SCGS)and professional identification scale(PIS)to investigate it,and then conduct correlation analysis and intermediary effect analysis.Results The total score of PIS of nursing undergraduates was(30.95±5.20),and the average score was(3.44±0.58).There was a positive correlation among the meaning in life,spiritual care and professional identity(all P<0.01).Meaning in life positively predicted the perception of spiritual care(β=1.412,P<0.01),perception of spiritual care positively predicted professional identity(β=0.019,P<0.01),meaning in life positively predicted professional identity(β=0.262,P<0.01).The perception of spiritual care played a partial mediating role between the meaning in life and professional identity,and the mediating effect was 9.28%.Conclusions Nursing undergraduates’ meaning in life has a significant promoting effect on professional identity.Perception of spiritual care has a partial mediating effect on improving the relationship between meaning in life and professional identity.It is suggested that nursing educators can enhance the meaning in life of nursing undergraduates,the awareness of spiritual care and the professional identity of nursing undergraduates.
