摘要:
目的 探讨基于视觉传达理论的照顾者思维导图教育在全膝关节置换(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)患者居家康复中的应用效果。方法 2017年1月至2019年12月,采用便利抽样法选择在南京市某二级甲等医院骨科行TKA治疗出院的72例患者及其主要照顾者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各36例,对照组予以常规健康教育,观察组则借助微信平台对照顾者进行基于视觉传达理论的思维导图式健康教育,评价并比较两组患者的照顾者康复相关知识掌握程度、患者康复训练依从性及出院后1、3个月时的膝关节功能评分(hospital for special surgery,HSS)。结果 观察组照顾者康复相关知识掌握程度、患者康复训练依从性及患者出院后1、3个月的HSS评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 基于视觉传达理论的照顾者思维导图教育可提高照顾者对TKA患者居家康复相关知识的认知,提高患者康复训练的依从性,促进患者膝关节功能的恢复。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effects of mind mapping education among caregivers based on visual communication theory in home rehabilitation of patients after total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods Convenient sampling was used to select 72 patients who received TKA in the Department of Orthopedics of a secondary Grade A hospital in Nanjing City from January,2017 to December,2019,together with their primary caregivers.These patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table,with 36 patients in each group.The control group received routine health education,while the observation group received mind mapping health education among caregivers based on visual communication theory using the WeChat platform.Caregivers’ knowledge of rehabilitation,patients’ compliance with rehabilitation training,and their Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)scores at one and three months after discharge were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results Caregivers’ knowledge of rehabilitation,patients’ compliance with rehabilitation training,and their HSS scores at one and three months after discharge of the observation group were all significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The mind mapping education among caregivers based on visual communication theory can help to improve the caregivers’ cognition of home rehabilitation knowledge related to TKA.It can improve the patients’ compliance with rehabilitation training,and promote the recovery of their knee function.
