摘要:
目的 对健康推荐系统(health recommender systems,HRS)在癌症症状管理中的应用进行范围综述,为相关研究者构建HRS进行癌症患者症状管理提供参考。方法 遵循范围综述的方法学,2010年1月至2022年12月对Pubmed、Medline、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网等10个数据库中有关HRS在癌症症状管理研究的中英文文献进行检索、筛选、提取并总结。结果 共检索到文献 4881 篇,经筛选共纳入13篇。对纳入文献的发表时间、地点、干预对象、HRS的症状评估工具、功能模块、推荐步骤、数据来源、HRS评价中的评价指标进行了总结与分析。结论 HRS根据患者症状评估结果生成个性化症状自护建议,可改善患者症状管理效果,提高患者的生活质量; 但目前癌症症状管理HRS开发缺乏理论框架支撑,推荐功能的智能化水平还有待提升,且临床推广应用不足。
Abstract:
Objective To conduct a scoping review on the application of health recommender systems(HRS)in cancer symptoms management,and to provide reference for researchers to construct HRS.Methods According to the methodology of scoping review,the Chinese and English literature on the application of HRS in cancer symptoms management published in 10 databases including Pubmed,Medline,Chinese biomedical literature database,CNKI,etc,was searched,collated,charted and summarized.The time was from January 2010 to December 2022.Results From the initial 4881 pieces of literature,13 studies qualified for inclusion were identified.The publish time,location,participants,HRS symptom assessment tools,function modules,recommendation steps,data source,evaluation indicators of the included HRS were summarized and analyzed.Conclusion HRS can provide personalized symptom self-care suggestions according to the evaluation results of patients' symptoms,and to improve the effect of symptom management and cancer patients' quality of life.However,the development of HRS lacks of the support of theoretical framework.The intelligent level of recommended functions still needs to be improved,and the clinical promotion and application are insufficient.
