摘要:
目的 探讨情绪调节在肿瘤和安宁疗护护士共情与共情疲劳间的中介效应。方法 2021年9-12月,采用分层整群抽样法选取四川省40所医院的967名肿瘤和安宁疗护护士为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、人际反应指数、情绪调节策略问卷和专业生活质量量表进行调查。结果 认知重评在共情关怀与倦怠(β=-0.023,P<0.001)、观点采择与倦怠(β=-0.057,P<0.001)、个人痛苦与倦怠(β=0.014,P=0.004)间均起部分中介作用。表达抑制在个人痛苦与倦怠(β=0.093,P<0.001)、个人痛苦与继发性创伤压力(β=0.103,P<0.001)间均起部分中介作用。结论 临床管理者可通过提高共情能力,引导护士选择恰当的情绪调节策略,来预防共情疲劳。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the mediating effect of emotion regulation between empathy and compassion fatigue in oncology and palliative care nurses.Methods From September to December 2021, 967 oncology and palliative care nurses from 40 hospitals in Sichuan province were selected by stratified cluster sampling method.The general information questionnaire,Interpersonal Reactivity Index,Emotion Regulation Questionnaire,and Professional Quality of Life Scale were used to collect data.Results Cognitive reappraisal played a partial mediating role in the relationship between empathic concern and burnout(β=-0.023,P<0.001),between perspective taking and burnout(β=-0.057,P<0.001),and between personal distress and burnout(β=0.103,P<0.001).Expressive suppression played a partial mediating role in the relationship between personal distress and burnout(β=0.093,P<0.001),and between personal distress and secondary traumatic stress(β=0.103,P<0.001).Conclusions Clinical administrtors can prevent compassion fatigue by improving empathy ability of nurses and guiding them to choose appropriate emotional regulation strategies.
