摘要:
目的 探讨心理健康素养和康复锻炼行为执行意向对住院脑卒中患者领悟社会支持影响健康行为的链式中介作用。方法 2021年9月至2022年3月采用一般资料调查表、领悟社会支持量表(perceived social support scale,PSSS)、多元心理健康素养量表(multicomponent mental health literacy measure,MHL)、康复锻炼行为执行意向量表以及脑卒中患者健康行为量表(health behavior scale for stroke patients,HBS-SP)对辽宁省3所三级甲等级医院神经内科收治的脑卒中患者进行调查。结果 脑卒中患者心理健康素养与领悟社会支持、康复锻炼行为执行意向、健康行为均显示为正相关(均P<0.05),心理健康素养与领悟社会支持、康复锻炼行为执行意向、健康行为之间存在链式中介作用,效应量为0.076,总效应占比为10.67%。结论 领悟社会支持可通过心理健康素养和康复锻炼行为执行意向的链式中介作用,间接影响住院脑卒中患者的健康行为。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the chain mediating effects of mental health literacy and executive intention of rehabilitation exercise behaviors on how stroke inpatients' perceived social support influenced their health behaviors.Methods A survey was conducted among the stroke patients admitted in the department of neurology from three tertiary hospitals in Liaoning province from September,2021 to March,2022.The general information questionnaire,PSSS,MHL,Executive Intention of Rehabilitation Exercise Behavior Scale,and HBS-SP were used for investigation.Results Stroke patients' mental health literacy was positively correlated with their perceived social support,executive intention of rehabilitation exercise behaviors,and health behaviors(all P<0.05).Mental health literacy and executive intention of rehabilitation exercise behaviors exerted chain mediating effects between perceived social support and health behaviors,with an effect size of 0.076,accounting for 10.67% of the total effect.Conclusions Perceived social support can indirectly influence the health behaviors of stroke inpatients through the chain mediating effects of mental health literacy and executive intention of rehabilitation exercise behaviors.
