摘要:
目的 检索并总结脑卒中后疲劳管理的最佳证据,旨在为临床实践提供参考与依据。方法 依照6 s证据模型,检索国内外数据库关于脑卒中后疲劳管理的临床实践、指南、专家共识、证据总结、系统评价等循证证据。采用各类文献质量评价工具进行文献质量评价及级别评定。结果 共纳入文献18篇,包括指南4篇、系统评价13篇、证据总结1篇,归纳出21条证据。结论 总结并归纳了目前脑卒中后疲劳管理的最佳证据,为医务工作者识别卒中后疲劳危险因素、精准评估、预防以及实施针对性干预提供了循证依据。
Abstract:
Objective To search and summarize the best evidence of management of Post-stroke Fatigue(PSF)and to provide reference and basis for clinical practice.Methods Based on the 6s evidence model,domestic and international databases were systematically searched for clinical practice,guidelines,expert consensus,evidence summary,systematic evaluation and expert consensus on the management of PSF.The corresponding literature evaluation tools were used to evaluate the quality of literature and the level of evidence.Results A total of 18 pieces of literature were included,including 4 guidelines,13 systematic reviews and 1 evidence summary.A total of 21 pieces of evidence were summarized.Conclusions The best evidence summary of the management of PSF could provide an evidence-based basis for PSF risk factors identification,accurate evaluation,prevention and targeted intervention.
