摘要:
目的 编制癌症患者参与治疗决策测评量表并检验其信效度。方法 基于医患共同决策理论及患者参与治疗决策概念框架，通过文献回顾及访谈初步构建条目池; 通过小组讨论、专家函询、认知性访谈优化条目池; 便利抽样法分别调查获取292名及289名癌症患者的有效数据用于项目分析及信效度评价。结果 量表共19个条目，分为2个维度，累积方差贡献率为52.498%。验证性因子分析显示模型适配良好。条目内容效度指数及量表内容效度指数均为1。总量表及两个因子与校标的相关系数在0.531～0.591之间。总量表及2个维度的Cronbach's α系数、折半信度、重测信度分别在0.861～0.911、0.824～0.844、0.856～0.870之间。结论 癌症患者参与治疗决策测评量表具有良好的信度和效度，可用于评估癌症患者治疗决策的参与水平。
Abstract:
Objective To develop the Cancer Patients' Involvement in Treatment Decision-Making Scale and test its reliability and validity.Methods The shared decision-making model and patient involvement in treatment decision-making framework were analyzed.Literature review and interviews were conducted.Then the item pool was initially established.Group discussion, expert consultation, and cognitive interviews were used for optimizing the item pool. Convenient sampling was adopted to select 292 and 289 cancer patients respectively to collect valid data for item analysis and reliability and validity testing.Results The scale consisted of 19 items, clustering into two factors, with the cumulative variance contribution rate of 52.498%.Confirmatory factor analysis indicated a good model fit.The content validity indexes of the items and scale were 1.The correlation coefficients of the scale and two factors with the criterion ranged from 0.531 to 0.591.The Cronbach's α coefficients, split-half reliability and test-retest reliability of the scale and two factors were from 0.861 to 0.911, from 0.824 to 0.844, from 0.856 to 0.870, respectively.Conclusions The Cancer Patients' Involvement in Treatment Decision-Making Scale has good reliability and validity, which can be used to assess the level of cancer patients' involvement in treatment decision-making.
