目的 探讨卫生健康领域中循证实践实施领导力的概念,为开展相关研究提供参考。方法 计算机检索Medline、CINAHL、Embase、PsycINFO、中国知网、万方、中国生物医学数据库、维普等数据库中循证实践实施领导力相关研究文献,检索时间为2010-2020年。采用Walker与Avant的概念分析方法进行概念分析。结果 共纳入45篇文献,循证实践实施领导力的定义属性包括循证属性和领导力属性; 其前因包括本身职位、个性特征、实施相关知识及对待实施的态度,结果为促进实施的顺利进行。结论 循证实践实施领导力是在证据应用情境中产生的领导力,应该加强医护人员的领导力培训,进而促进基于证据的最佳实践,以跨越知识和实践间的鸿沟。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the concept of evidence-based practice implementation leadership in health care and to provide a reference for conducting related studies.Methods Literature related to evidence-based practice implementation leadership in databases such as MEDLINE,CINAHL,Embase,PsycINFO,CNKI,Wanfang,China Biomedical Database,and VIP from 2010 to 2020 was searched. Conceptual analysis was conducted using Walker and Avant's concept analysis method.Results A total of 45 pieces of paper were included,and the defining attributes of evidence-based practice implementation leadership included evidence-based attributes and leadership attributes,their antecedents included their own positions,personality traits,implementation-related knowledge,and attitudes toward implementation,and the outcomes were to facilitate successful implementation.Conclusions Evidence-based practice implementation leadership is leadership that arises in the context of evidence application,and leadership training for healthcare professionals should be enhanced,which in turn promotes evidence-based best practices to cross the gap between knowledge and practice.
