摘要:
目的 探讨心理复原力在乳腺癌幸存者的社会支持与癌症复发恐惧间的中介效应,为降低癌症复发恐惧提供参考。方法 2021年3-8月,采用便利抽样法选取济南市某三级甲等综合医院214例乳腺癌术后幸存者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、癌症复发恐惧量表、社会支持评定量表和心理复原力量表进行问卷调查。结果 乳腺癌幸存者的癌症复发恐惧、社会支持及心理复原力得分分别为(90.09±8.14)分、(41.51±8.34)分和(63.31±14.90)分。乳腺癌幸存者的社会支持与癌症复发恐惧呈负相关(r=-0.903,P<0.01),社会支持与心理复原力呈正相关(r=0.746,P<0.01),心理复原力与癌症复发恐惧呈负相关(r=-0.760,P<0.01)。乳腺癌幸存者的社会支持能够负向预测癌症复发恐惧(β=-0.756,P<0.01),社会支持能够正向预测心理复原力(β=0.746,P<0.01),心理复原力能够负向预测癌症复发恐惧(β=-0.196,P<0.01),心理复原力在社会支持与癌症复发恐惧间起部分中介效应,中介效应量为-0.146。结论 医护人员应采取措施提高乳腺癌幸存者的社会支持,增强其心理复原力,从而降低癌症复发恐惧。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the mediating effect of psychological resilience in the relationship between breast cancer survivors' social support and fear of cancer recurrence to provide reference for reducing fear of cancer recurrence.Methods From March to August 2021,a total of 214 breast cancer postoperative survivors from a tertiary A hospital in Ji'nan were selected by convenience sampling method.Questionnaire surveys were conducted using general information questionnaire,fear of cancer recurrence inventory,social support rating scale,and Connor-Davidson resilience scale.Results The scores of cancer recurrence fear,social support and psychological resilience of breast cancer survivors were(90.09±8.14),(41.51±8.34)and(63.31±14.90),respectively.Social support of breast cancer survivors was negatively correlated with fear of cancer recurrence(r=-0.903,P<0.01),social support was positively correlated with psychological resilience(r=0.746,P<0.01),and psychological resilience was negatively correlated with fear of cancer recurrence(r = -0.760,P<0.01).Social support of breast cancer survivors could negatively predict fear of cancer recurrence(β=-0.756,P<0.01),social support could positively predict psychological resilience(β=0.746,P<0.01),and psychological resilience could negatively predict fear of cancer recurrence(β=-0.196,P<0.01).Psychological resilience had a partial mediating effect between social support and fear of cancer recurrence,and the mediating effect size was -0.146.Conclusions Medical staff should take measures to improve the social support of breast cancer survivors and enhance their psychological resilience,so as to reduce the fear of cancer recurrence.
