摘要:
目的 探究乳腺癌患者术后上肢三阶段康复方案的应用效果,为减轻患者身心痛苦、提高生活质量提供依据。方法 2020年7-12月,采用便利抽样法选取合肥市某三级甲等医院日间病房收治的80例行术前新辅助化疗的乳腺癌患者为研究对象,按照入院时间先后分为对照组和试验组,各40例,对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施上肢三阶段康复方案,比较两组患者术后3个月上肢功能锻炼依从性评分、上肢功能评分及生活质量评分的差异。结果 术后3个月,试验组上肢功能锻炼依从性量表和生活质量测定量表各个维度得分均明显高于对照组,上肢功能评定表得分明显低于对照组(均P<0.001)。结论 上肢三阶段康复方案,能增加乳腺癌患者术后功能锻炼依从性,促进其上肢功能的良好恢复,提高术后生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of three-stage upper limb rehabilitation program for postoperative breast cancer patients.Methods 80 breast cancer patients who received preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy and were admitted to the day ward of a tertiary A hospital in Hefei city from July to December 2020 were selected as the research objects by the convience sampling method.The patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the time of admission,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,and the experimental group implemented a three-stage rehabilitation program for upper limbs.The differences of upper limb exercise compliance score,upper limb function score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups 3 months after surgery.Results 3 months after surgery,the scores of each dimension of the upper limb functional exercise compliance scale and the quality of life measurement scale of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the scores of the upper limb function evaluation scale were significantly lower than those of the control group(all P<0.001).Conclusions Three-stage rehabilitation program for upper limbs can increase the compliance of postoperative functional exercise in breast cancer patients,promote the good recovery of upper limb function and improve postoperative quality of life.
