摘要:
目的 探讨信息自我效能在社区居民家庭关怀度与电子健康素养间的中介效应。方法 采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法选取唐山市3664位社区居民,采用电子健康素养量表、家庭关怀度指数问卷、信息自我效能量表对其进行调查。结果 唐山市社区居民电子健康素养得分为(27.61±5.72)分; 家庭关怀度与电子健康素养呈正相关(r=0.456,P<0.01),信息自我效能与家庭关怀度、电子健康素养呈正相关(r=0.337、0.498; 均P<0.01)。中介模型显示,家庭关怀度对电子健康素养有直接正向预测作用,信息自我效能在家庭关怀度与电子健康素养间起部分中介作用,贡献率为30.44%。结论 家庭关怀度可以通过信息自我效能影响社区居民的电子健康素养水平,护理人员在重视提升居民信息自我效能的同时应注重居民的家庭关怀度情况,通过提升电子健康素养水平,以实现自我健康管理和保健。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the mediating effect of information self-efficacy between family care and e-health literacy of community residents.Methods By multi-stage stratified random sampling method,3664 community residents in Tangshan were selected.The e-health literacy scale,family care index questionnaire and information self-efficacy scale were used for investigation.Results The score of e-health literacy of community residents in Tangshan was(27.61± 5.72).Family care was positively correlated with e-health literacy(r=0.456,P<0.01),and information self-efficacy was positively correlated with family care and electronic health literacy(r=0.337, 0.498; all P<0.01).The intermediary model showed that family care had a direct positive predictive effect on electronic health literacy,and information self-efficacy played a partial intermediary role between family care and e-health literacy,with a contribution rate of 30.44%.Conclusions Family care can affect the e-health literacy level of community residents through information self-efficacy.Nursing staff should pay attention to improving the self-efficacy of residents while paying attention to the family care level,and realize self-health management and health care by improving the level of e-health literacy.
