摘要:
目的 了解社区精神障碍患者的复元水平现状并分析其影响因素。方法 2021年1-4月,便利抽样法选取上海市社区精神障碍患者238例为研究对象,采用一般资料表、复元评定量表、自我病耻感量表对其进行调查。结果 社区精神障碍患者复元评定量表总分为(83.96±15.40)分,多元线性回归结果提示:自身状况判断、病耻感、社区康复使用是患者复元水平的主要影响因素(均P<0.05),可解释总变异的19.6%。结论 精神障碍患者的复元水平受到自身和环境层面的综合影响,社区康复需要重视评估患者的主体参与、病耻感水平、个性化复元需求,探索开展以复元为导向的本土化精神康复实践。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the recovery level of patients with mental illness in the community and analyze its influencing factors.Methods By convenience sampling method,238 patients with mental illness in the communities of Shanghai were selected.The general information questionnaire,Recovery Assessment Scale(RAS)and Self-Stigma Scale(SSS)were used for investigation.Results The RAS was(83.96±15.40).Multiple linear regression showed that insight,self-stigma level, and using community rehabilitation resources were significantly correlated factors of recovery(all P<0.05),which could explain 19.6% of the total variation.Conclusions The level of recovery of patients with mental illness is comprehensively influenced by their own and environmental dimensions.Community-based rehabilitation needs to emphasize the assessments of patients' subjective participation,self-stigma and individualized needs of recovery,and to explore the localized recovery-oriented mental rehabilitation practice.
