摘要:
目的 探讨不同乳腺癌患者社会功能的内部特征差异。方法 便利抽样法选取2020年7月至2021年3月在上海市某三级甲等医院乳腺科治疗的155例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,采用患者报告结局测量信息系统(patient-reported outcomes measurement information system,PROMIS)社会健康维度简表评估患者社会功能状况。基于潜类别模型探讨不同患者社会功能的特征差异并分析影响因素。结果 患者被分为2个特征组:社会功能良好组(74.84%)和社会功能较差组(25.16%)。社会功能较差组患者的特征表现为:接受化疗(OR=7.26),信息支持较低(OR=0.73),焦虑评分较高(OR=1.09)。结论 乳腺癌患者社会功能特征存在不同的类别,今后应加强对于社会功能较差特征患者的关注并给予针对性干预。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the differences in the internal characteristics of social functioning among various breast cancer patients.Methods Convenience sampling method was adopted to select 155 breast cancer patients who received treatment in the Breast Department of a tertiary hospital in Shanghai City from July,2020 to March,2021.The social health scales of the Patient-Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System(PROMIS)were used to evaluate the social functioning of patients.The differences in the characteristics of social functioning among patients were explored based on the Latent Class Model,and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results The patients were divided into 2 groups,which were good social functioning group(74.84%)and poor social functioning group(25.16%).Patients in the poor social functioning group were characterized by undergoing chemotherapy(OR=7.26),lower information support(OR=0.73),and higher anxiety score(OR=1.09).Conclusions There are different types of social functioning among breast cancer patients.Patients with poor social functioning should be paid more attention to and targeted interventions should be provided for them in the future.
