摘要:
目的 构建科学合理的新时代军队临床护理示范基地建设标准指标体系,为军队临床护理示范基地的建设提供依据。方法 在文献回顾、专家访谈、基地调研和专家会议的基础上,采用Delphi法确立新时代军队临床护理示范基地建设标准指标体系,应用层次分析法确定各级指标权重,通过实证研究验证建设标准的区分度。结果 15名专家参加专家函询,问卷回收率为100%,专家权威系数0.93,Kendall协调系数一、二、三级指标分别为0.333、0.226、0.174(均P<0.01)。层次分析法各指标权重的一致性检验<0.01。实证研究中聚类分析结果显示组间差距的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。最终形成新时代军队临床护理示范基地建设标准,包括5个一级指标、16个二级指标、64个三级指标。结论 新时代军队临床护理示范基地建设标准指标体系层次清晰、科学性好、区分度高,为新时代军队临床护理示范基地建设提供了科学客观的依据。
Abstract:
Objective To construct a scientific and reasonable standard index system for the construction of military clinical nursing demonstration base in the new era,and provide a reference for the construction of military clinical nursing demonstration base.Methods Based on the literature review,expert interview,base investigation and expert meeting,the Delphi method was used to establish the standard index system for the construction of military clinical nursing demonstration base in the new era,analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the index weight at all levels,and the differentiation of construction standards was verified through empirical research.Results Totally 15 experts participated in the letter inquiries,with the response rate of 100%.The expert authority coefficient was 0.93.Kendall coordination coefficient indicators were 0.333,0.226 and 0.174 at first,second and third levels,respectively(all P<0.01).The consistency test for the weights of each index of analytic hierarchy process was greater than 0.01.The cluster analysis in the empirical study showed that the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Finally,construction standards for army clinical nursing demonstration base in the new era were performed,including 5 first-level,16 second-level,and 64 third-level indicators.Conclusions The constructed index system would provide a scientific basis for the construction of army clinical nursing demonstration bases in the new era,with the priority of clear hierarchy,scientificity and discrimination.
