摘要:
目的 探究二元应对在中老年妇科癌症患者配偶婚姻满意度与生活质量间的中介作用。方法 2020年2-12月,采用便利抽样法选取辽宁省某三级甲等医院的305例中老年妇科癌症患者配偶,应用中文版洛克-华莱氏婚姻调适量表、二元应对量表和中文版世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表对其进行调查,并建立结构方程模型。结果 中老年妇科癌症患者配偶婚姻满意度、二元应对总分、生活质量总分分别为(90.32±19.14)分、(97.62±11.25)分、(80.09±98.12)分。生活质量、婚姻满意度、二元应对三者之间存在相关性(P<0.01); 二元应对在婚姻满意度与生活质量间存在部分中介效应(95%CI:0.328～0.659),中介效应占总效应的74.2%。结论 医护人员应尝试构建基于婚姻满意度的二元应对干预方案,提高中老年妇科癌症患者配偶二元应对水平,改善生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the mediating effect of dyadic coping between marital satisfaction and quality of life in spouses of middle-aged and elderly patients with gynecological cancer.Methods From February to December 2020,305 spouses of middle-aged and elderly patients with gynecological cancer from a tertiary hospital in Liaoning Province were selected by convenience sampling method.Short Marital Adjustment and Prediction Test,Dyadic Coping Inventory,and Word Health Organization Quality of Life Scale-BREF were used for investigation.Then,the structural equation model was established.Results The scores of marital satisfaction,total dyadic coping,and total quality of life of spouses of middle-aged and elderly with gynecologic cancer patients were(90.32±19.14),(97.62±11.25),and(80.09±98.12),respectively.There was a significant correlation between marital satisfaction,dyadic coping and quality of life(P<0.01).Dyadic coping had a significant partial mediating effect on the relationship between marital satisfaction and quality of life(95%CI:0.328-0.659),accounting for 74.2% of the total effect.Conclusions Healthcare professionals should attempt to construct marital satisfaction-based dyadic coping intervention programs to improve the level of dyadic coping and quality of life of spouses of middle-aged and elderly with gynecological cancer.
