摘要:
目的 了解中青年脑卒中患者自我感受负担现状及其影响因素,并探讨自我感受负担与认知情绪调节策略的关系。方法 便利抽样法选取河北省某三级甲等医院神经内科住院的242例中青年脑卒中患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、认知情绪调节问卷、自我感受负担量表对其进行调查。结果 中青年脑卒中患者自我感受负担得分为(30.65±7.33)分; 自我感受负担与适应性调节策略呈负相关,与非适应性调节策略呈正相关(均P<0.001); 回归分析显示,家庭月收入、医保方式、兴趣爱好、发病次数、MRS评分、适应性及非适应性调节策略为自我感受负担的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论 中青年脑卒中患者自我感受负担处于中等水平,且与认知情绪调节策略相关。护理人员应积极引导患者使用适应性调节策略,提高自我情绪调节能力,以减轻其自我感受负担。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the status quo of self-perceived burden in young and middle-aged stroke patients and its influencing factors,and to analyze the relationship between self-perceived burden and cognitive emotion regulation strategies.Methods From July 2020 to June 2021,242 young and middle-aged stroke patients hospitalized in the Department of Neurology of a tertiary A hospital in Hebei Province were selected by the convenience sampling method. The general data questionnaire,the Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire and the Self-Perceived Burden Scale were used for investigation.Results The self-perceived burden score was(30.65±7.33)points which was negatively correlated with adaptive adjustment strategies while positively correlated with non-adaptive adjustment strategies(all P<0.001).Regression analysis showed that family monthly income,medical insurance,hobbies,incidence,MRS score,adaptive adjustment strategies and non-adaptive adjustment strategies were the influencing factors of self-perceived burden(all P<0.05).Conclusions The self-perceived burden in young and middle-aged stroke patients is at a moderate level and is related to cognitive emotion regulation strategies.Nursing staff should actively guide patients to use adaptive adjustment strategies to improve their self-emotional adjustment to alleviate their self-perceived burden.
