摘要:
目的 探讨漫画视频教学在手术室护理实习生无菌技术培训中的应用效果。方法 采用便利抽样法选取2020年12月至2021年3月在手术室实习的50名护理实习生作为研究对象,按进入手术室实习批次的奇偶数分为对照组(25名)和观察组(25名)。对照组采用传统教学法,观察组在传统教学基础上引入漫画视频教学,培训4周后比较两组护理实习生的无菌技术理论、操作成绩以及教学满意度。结果 培训后观察组理论、操作成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05); 教学满意度评价结果显示,对教师授课水平评价,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 对教学内容、教学态度、教学方法及教学效果评价,观察组得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 漫画视频结合传统教学法在手术室无菌技术培训中应用效果良好,不仅强化了护理实习生理论知识和技能水平,也提高了教学满意度,同时漫画视频作为教学资源可得到沿用,值得在临床护理教学实践中学习借鉴和有效运用。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of cartoon video teaching in the training of aseptic technique for nursing interns in operating room.Methods Convenient sampling method was used to select 50 nursing interns who practiced in the operating room from December,2020 to March,2021.They were divided into the control group(25 interns)and the observation group(25 interns)according to the odd and even number of practice batches.The control group received traditional teaching method,and the observation group received cartoon video teaching together with traditional method.The scores of aseptic knowledge and skills,and the satisfaction on teaching effect were compared between the two groups 4 weeks after the training.Results The aseptic knowledge and skill scores of the observation group after training were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Satisfaction on teaching showed that there was no significant difference between the two group's satisfaction on the teachers' teaching level(P>0.05); the scores of observation group's satisfaction on teaching content,attitude,method and effect were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The application of cartoon video combined with traditional teaching method in the training of aseptic technique in operating room is effective.The training not only strengthens nursing interns' theoretical knowledge and skills,but also improves their satisfaction on teaching.Meanwhile,cartoon video can be used as a kind of teaching resource,which is worthy of learning and effective use in clinical nursing teaching practice.
