目的 汉化支持不当评估量表(the problematic support scale,PSS),并在系统性红斑狼疮患者(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)中检验其信效度。方法 遵循Brislin翻译模式进行直译、回译以及跨文化调试,形成中文版PSS。采取便利抽样法,选取209例SLE患者进行信效度检验。结果 中文版PSS包括3个维度,共10个条目,总Cronbach's α系数为0.895,总折半信度为0.677,总重测信度为0.965; 量表水平的内容效度指数为0.800,条目水平的内容效度指数为0.800～1.000; 探索性因子分析共提取出3个因子,累计方差贡献率为86.313%; 验证性因子分析显示中文版PSS模型拟合良好。结论 中文版PSS信效度检验良好,可以用于SLE患者支持不当的评估。
Abstract:
Objective To translate the Problematic Support Scale(PSS)into Chinese and test its reliability and validity among patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods According to the Brislin translation model,the PSS was forward and backward translated,and cross-culturally adjusted to develop the Chinese version.Convenient sampling method was used to select 209 SLE patients for the reliability and validity testing.Results The Chinese version of PSS included 3 dimensions,with a total of 10 items.For the total scale,the Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.895,the split-half reliability was 0.677,and the test-retest reliability was 0.965.The content validity index of the scale was 0.800,and the content validity index of each item was from 0.800 to 1.000.Three factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 86.313%.Confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the Chinese version of PSS had a good model fit.Conclusions The Chinese version of PSS has good reliability and validity.It can be used for the assessment of problematic support among SLE patients.
