摘要:
目的 探讨觉知压力在社区老年人社会支持与心理健康间的中介效应,为促进社区老年人心理健康,改善其生活质量提供参考依据。方法 2020年1-9月,采用便利抽样法抽取某市社区老年人806名为研究对象,采用觉知压力量表(Chinese perceived stress scale,CPSS)、社会支持评定量表(social support rating scale,SSRS)和世界卫生组织幸福感指数量表(World Health Organization-5 well-being index,WHO-5)对其进行调查。结果 社区老年人CPSS 、SSRS及WHO-5总分分别为(31.73±9.09)分、(43.52±7.65)分和13.00(7.00,17.00)分。社区老年人CPSS总分与SSRS总分、WHO-5得分均呈负相关(r=-0.573、-0.598,均P<0.01),SSRS总分与WHO-5得分呈正相关(r=0.673,P<0.01)。觉知压力是社会支持与心理健康的中介变量,中介效应占总效应的31.06%。结论 觉知压力在社区老年人社会支持及心理健康间起部分中介作用,应高度关注老年人觉知压力的作用,动态评估并及时进行有效干预,以提升老年人心理健康水平。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the mediating effect of perceived stress between the social support and mental health of the elderly in the community, and to provide a reference for promoting the mental health and life quality of the elderly in the community.Methods From January to September 2020, 806 elderly people in community were selected as the research objects by the convenience sampling method.A questionnaire survey was conducted with Chinese Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS), Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)and Well-Being Index(World Health Organization-5).Results The total scores of CPSS, SSRS and WHO-5 were(31.73±9.09),(43.52±7.65)and 13.00(7.00, 17.00)points respectively.The total score of CPSS was negatively correlated with the total score of SSRS and WHO-5 score(r=-0.573, -0.598, P<0.01), and SSRS total score was positively correlated with WHO-5 score(r= 0.673, P<0.01).The social support of the elderly in the community had a direct and positive predictive effect on mental health(r=0.673, P<0.01).Perceived stress is a mediating variable between social support and mental health, and the mediating effect accounts for 31.06% of the total effect.Conclusions Perceived stress plays the mediating role partially between the social support and mental health of the elderly.Close attention should be paid to the role of the elderly's perceived stress.Dynamic assessment and interventions are necessary for the improvement of the mental health of the elderly.
