摘要:
目的 研究设计一种智能可计数分药盒,并在临床应用。方法 对护士和患者两组人员采用智能可计数分药盒分药和传统手工分药方式分药所需时间进行比较,并调查患者对两种分药方法的评价。结果 两组人员采用智能分药盒分药所需时间均短于手工分药,简便性、清洁性、准确性评价方面均优于手工分药,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 智能可计数分药盒操作简便,分药精确且节约时间,同时可避免手工分药带来的药物污染,值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective To study and design an intelligent countable medicine dispensing box and apply it in clinical practice.Methods The time required for nurses and patients to use intelligent countable drug dispensing box and traditional manual drug dispensing was compared,and the patients' evaluation of the two drug dispensing methods was investigated.Results The time required for the two groups to use the intelligent dispensing box was shorter than the manual drug dispensing,and the evaluation of simplicity,cleanliness and accuracy were better than the manual drug dispensing,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions The intelligent countable medicine dispensing box is easy to operate,accurate and time-saving.It can also help avoid medicine contamination caused by manual dispensing,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
