摘要:
目的 了解养老机构老年人营养信息获取体验,为制定老年人营养知识宣教方案提供参考。方法 2021年3-5月,采用目的抽样法,选取重庆市某养老机构18例老年人为研究对象进行半结构式深入访谈,采用 Colaizzi 7 步分析法对资料进行分析。结果 养老机构老年人营养信息获取体验共归纳出3个主题:信息获取的过程感知,信息影响下的态度、行为转变,信息获取的需求建议。结论 养老机构老年人营养信息获取体验多样。机构管理者应重视老人营养信息获取需求,针对其多样化体验结局提供多维度社会支持,提升老人营养主动健康行为。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the experience of obtaining nutrition information for the elderly in pension institutions,and to provide reference for the formulation of nutrition knowledge education program for the elderly.Methods By the purposive sampling method,18 elderly people in a pension institution from March to May 2021 in Chongqing were selected and investigated by semi-structured in-depth interviews.The data were analyzed by Colaizzi 7-step analysis method.Results The experience of nutrition information acquisition for the elderly in pension institutions summed up 3 themes:Process perception of nutrition information acquisition; Change of attitude and behavior under the influence of information; Advice on requirements for information acquisition.Conclusions The elderly in nursing institutions have diverse experiences in obtaining nutritional information.Institutional managers should pay attention to the elderly's nutritional information acquisition needs,provide multidimensional social support for their diverse experience outcomes,and improve the elderly's nutritional active health behavior.
