摘要:
目的 从文献计量学角度探究国外代理决策研究现状及热点。方法 利用CiteSpace软件对Web of Science核心合集数据库分布在2001-2020年1004篇代理决策相关文献进行可视化分析。结果 代理决策研究发文量总体呈上升趋势,美国在该研究领域占据重要地位。通过分析获得代理决策领域4个研究热点,即代理决策主要模式、代理决策的应用研究、代理决策者心理体验、代理决策影响因素。结论 代理决策研究仍处于发展阶段,未来应继续探索适合的代理决策模式,重视开发有效改善代理决策者决策过程和心理体验的决策支持措施,提高患者代理决策质量,减轻决策负担。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the status quo of research and hotspots of surrogate decision-making fields abroad from the perspective of bibliometric.Methods CiteSpace software visual analysis was conducted on the database contained 1004 articles from 2001-2020,which was related to surrogate decision-making and retrieved from the Web of Science.Results There was an upward trend in the field of surrogate decision-making and the United States occupied an important position in the field.4 research hotspots were extracted,including the major patterns of surrogate decision-making,the applied research of surrogate decision-making,the psychological experience of surrogate decision-makers,and the influencingfactors of surrogate decision-making.Conclusions The research in the field of surrogate decision-making is still in the developing stage.Future research should focus on exploring the appropriate surrogate decision-making patterns,and developing the decision support measures to effectively improve the decision-making process and psychological experience of surrogate decision-makers,so as to improve the quality of patient surrogate decision-making and reduce the decision burden.
