摘要:
目的 评鉴与总结老年轻度认知功能障碍早期识别的最佳证据,为制定科学的早期评估流程提供参考。方法 系统检索BMJ最佳临床实践、美国指南网、安大略省注册护士协会网站、英国国家临床医学研究所指南库、JBI循证卫生保健中心数据库、Cochrane图书馆、PubMed、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方和维普数据库等关于老年轻度认知功能障碍早期识别的证据,包括指南、专家共识和系统评价。检索时限为建库至2020年8月。结果 共纳入文献11篇,其中指南3篇、专家共识1篇,系统评价7篇,共提取总结了18条最佳证据。结论 本研究总结了老年轻度认知功能障碍患者早期识别的最佳证据,建议医护人员使用蒙特利尔认知评估量表对60岁以上的老年人进行认知功能的筛查,评估MCI患者的日常生活能力、精神行为症状和可治疗的危险因素,动态监测患者认知功能的变化。
Abstract:
Objective To appraise and summarize the best evidence on early identification of mild cognitive impairment(MCI)among the elderly,so as to provide references for formulating scientific early screening process.Methods Evidence on early identification of mild cognitive impairment among the elderly,including guidelines,expert consensus and systematic reviews,were systematically retrieved in BMJ Best Practice,American Guide Network,Ontario Association of Registered Nurses website,National Institute of Clinical Medicine,Joanna Briggs Institute evidence-based health care center database,Cochrane Library,PubMed,China Biomedical Literature Database,CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP Database.The time range for retrieval was from the establishment of each database to August 2020.Results A total of 11 pieces of literature were included,including 3 guidelines,1 expert consensus and 7 systematic reviews.A total of 18 pieces of evidence were extracted and summarized.Conclusions This study summarizes the best evidence on early identification of mild cognitive impairment among the elderly,and suggests that medical staff use the MoCA scale to screen the cognitive function of the elderly over 60 years old,assess the activities of daily living,mental and behavioral symptoms and treatable risk factors of MCI patients,and dynamically monitor the changes of cognitive function of patients.
