摘要:
目的 编制癌症患者重返工作适应性量表,并检验其信效度。方法 以癌症患者重返工作适应体验和应对资源理论模型为基础,结合文献回顾、专家小组讨论、德尔菲法和预调查,拟定癌症患者重返工作适应性量表,并对176例癌症患者进行问卷调查,检验量表信效度。结果 编制的癌症患者重返工作适应性量表包含3个维度,共24个条目。探索性因子分析产生调整规划、重建效能、专注康复等3个公因子,累计方差贡献率为66.597%; 3个因子之间Pearson相关系数为0.349～0.520,各因子得分与量表总分间的相关系数为0.671～0.854; 量表平均内容效度指数为0.979,条目内容效度指数为0.833～1.000。总量表Cronbach's α系数为0.937、折半信度为0.831、2周重测信度为0.814。结论 本研究编制的癌症患者重返工作适应性量表具有良好的信效度,适用于测评我国癌症患者重返工作的适应性水平。
Abstract:
Objective To develop an assessment scale for measuring cancer patients' adaptability of returning to work and to test its reliability and validity.Methods Based on the cancer patients' experience and coping resource model of returning to work,the scale was developed through literature review,group discussion,Delphi expert consultation and pilot survey.176 cancer patients in total were selected to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Results The self-designed assessment scale for cancer patients' adaptability of returning to work consisted of 3 dimensions with 24 items.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 3 common factors namely adaption and plan,self-efficacy reconstruction,as well as rehabilitation concentration.And the cumulative variance contribution rate was 66.597%.The Pearson correlation coefficient between scores of 3 factors were from 0.349 to 0.520,and correlation coefficient between scores of each factor and total score of the scale were from 0.671 to 0.854.The scale-level content validity index(S-CVI/Ave)of the total scale was 0.979 and the item-level content validity index(I-CVI)were from 0.833 to 1.000.The scale's Cronbach's α coefficient,split-half reliability coefficient,and 2-week test-retest reliability were 0.937,0.831 and 0.814 respectively.Conclusions The self-designed assessment scale for cancer patients' adaptability of returning to work has good reliability and validity,which can be used as a tool to assess cancer patients' adaptability of returning to work.
