摘要:
目的 了解精神分裂症患者社区融合期间的体验与感受。方法 2020年9-10月,采用现象学研究方法,面对面深入访谈8名稳定期精神分裂症患者,采用Colaizzi现象学分析法对收集的资料进行分析。结果 通过分析和整理资料,提炼出了社区融合进程的障碍; 社会关系单一,缺乏人际交流; 社区融合需合力完成等3个主题。结论 精神分裂症患者的社区融合存在愿景与现实的差异需多方合力完成,未来可从个体和环境两个层面设计干预措施,以推动精神分裂症患者社区融合的进程。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the feelings of schizophrenia patients in stable period towards community integration.Methods From September to October 2020,phenomenological methodology was adopted in this study and eight patients were interviewed face to face.Data were analyzed by Colaizzi’s method.Results Three themes were extracted: obstacles in the process of community integration; lack of communication and social relationship; community integration needs to be achieved together.Conclusions The big gap between the hope and reality needs to be closed by multi-party efforts.In the future,intervention plans can be designed from both individual and environmental levels to promote the process of community integration of schizophrenia patients.
