摘要:
目的 探讨住院患者间患际交流的积极意义,为提供优质护理、改善医护患交流模式提供参考和依据。方法 2018年11月至2019年8月,采用目的抽样及理论抽样法选择上海市某三级甲等医院内科、外科及产科收治的31例住院患者为研究对象,采用质性研究中的描述性研究方法对其进行深入的半结构式访谈,根据Colaizzi分析法进行资料分析。结果 住院患者间患际交流意义的意义可归纳为3个主题:调适心理状态、改变态度行为、重构医护患关系。结论 患际交流对促进住院患者的康复有着重要意义,医护人员应重视并合理应用患际交流的优点,引导积极有效的患际交流,以提升护理品质,改善护患关系。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the positive meanings of communication between inpatients,so as to provide reference for high-quality caring and improved communication pattern between health professionals and patients.Methods Purposive and theoretical sampling was used to select 31 inpatients in the departments of internal medicine,surgery and obstetrics of a tertiary hospital in Shanghai City from November,2018 to August,2019.The descriptive method of qualitative research was adopted for in-depth semi-structure interviews.Data were analyzed using Colaizzi’s analysis method.Results The meanings of communication between inpatients were concluded into three themes,including adjusting mental status,changing attitude and behavior,and reconstructing the relationship between health professionals and patients.Conclusions Communication between inpatients is of significance to promote inpatients recovery.Health professionals should emphasize and utilize the advantages of communication between inpatients,and guide positive and effective communication,so as to improve the quality of nursing and the nurse-patient relationship.
