摘要:
目的 调查住院髋关节置换术后患者心理一致感现状，分析其影响因素。方法 2020年7月至2021年8月，便利抽样法选取广州市两所三级甲等医院收治的292例住院髋关节置换术后患者作为研究对象，采用一般资料问卷、心理一致感量表(sense of coherence-13，SOC-13)、Harris髋关节评分表(harris hip score，HHS)、一般自我效能感量表(general self-efficacy scale，GSES)和领悟社会支持量表(perceived social support scale，PSSS)进行调查。结果 住院髋关节置换术后患者SOC-13得分为(58.97±7.98)分; 不同年龄、受教育程度患者的SOC-13得分差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05); SOC-13得分与HHS评分、GSES、PSSS得分均呈正相关(均P<0.05); 年龄、HHS评分、GSES得分、PSSS得分是SOC-13得分的主要影响因素，可预测SOC-13得分47.7%的变异量。结论 住院髋关节置换术后患者的心理一致感水平较低，医护人员应针对主要影响因素给予干预。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the status quo of sense of coherence among inpatients after hip arthroplasty and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Convenient sampling was used to select 292 inpatients after hip arthroplasty from two tertiary hospitals in Guangzhou City from July, 2020 to August, 2021.The general information questionnaire, sense of coherence scale-13(SOC-13), harris hip score(HHS), general self-efficacy scale(GSES)and perceived social support scale(PSSS)were adopted for investigation.Results The SOC-13 score among inpatients after hip arthroplasty was(58.97±7.98).There were statistically significant differences in SOC-13 scores among patients with different ages and education levels(both P<0.05).The SOC-13 score was positively correlated with HHS score, GSES score, and PSSS score(all P<0.05).Age, HHS score, GSES score, and PSSS score were the main influencing factors of SOC-13 score, predicting 47.7% of the variance of SOC-13 score.Conclusions The sense of coherence among inpatients after hip arthroplasty is at a low level.Medical staff should implement interventions according to main influencing factors.
