摘要:
目的 总结心脏移植术后发生人细小病毒B19(human parvovirus B19,HPV B19)感染患者的护理方法,为此类患者的观察及护理提供经验。方法 回顾性总结11例原位心脏移植后发生人HPV B19感染患者的观察及护理要点。结果 11例患者临床症状消失,全部顺利出院,未发生院内HPV B19感染传播。 结论 心脏移植术后发生HPV B19感染使护理难度大大增加,采取有效的护理措施有利于促进患者康复并降低院内传播风险。
Abstract:
Objective To summarize the nursing methods of patients with human parvovirus B19(HPV B19)infection after heart transplantation,and provide the reference for observation and nursing of these patients.Methods The observation and nursing points of 11 patients with HPV B19 infection after orthotopic heart transplantation were retrospectively summarized.Results The clinical symptoms of 11 patients disappeared,and all of them were discharged from hospital.There was no nosocomial transmission of HPV B19 infection occurred.Conclusions HPV B19 infection after heart transplantation greatly increases the difficulty of nursing care.Taking effective nursing measures can promote the recovery of patients and reduce the risk of nosocomial transmission.
