摘要:
目的 探究孤独症儿童家庭复原力的现状及其影响因素,为今后制定孤独症儿童家庭干预策略提供依据。方法 2021年6-8月,采用方便抽样法选取浙江省温州、宁波两地5所孤独症儿童康复训练机构的孤独症儿童家长为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、家庭复原力评估量表、Zarit照顾者负担量表和社会支持评定量表对其进行调查。结果 孤独症儿童家庭复原力得分为(124.48±19.43)分,分层回归分析显示:儿童年龄、家长文化程度、照顾者负担、康复费用占家庭收入比例、客观社会支持是孤独症儿童家庭复原力的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论 孤独症儿童家庭复原力水平较低,需加强关注低家庭复原力的家庭,通过减轻照顾者负担及提供客观社会支持以提高其家庭复原力水平。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the status quo of family resilience of families with autism spectrum disorder(ASD)children and its influencing factors,so as to provide reference to formulate family intervention strategies for families with ASD children in the future.Methods Caregivers of children with ASD were selected from 5 ASD rehabilitation institutions in Wenzhou and Ningbo in Zhejiang Province from June to August in 2021 by convenience sampling method.Basic Information Questionnaire,Family Resilience Questionnaire,Zarit Caregiver Burden Scale,and Social Support Rate Scale were used for investigation.Results The score of family resilience of ASD family was(124.48±19.43),and hierarchical regression analysis showed that the children's age,parents' educational level,caregiver burden,proportion of rehabilitation expenses in family income,and objective support were the influential factors of family resilience(all P<0.05).Conclusions The family resilience of ASD families was at a low level.It is necessary to pay more attention to the families with low family resilience,and to promote family resilience by reducing caregiver burden and improving objective support.
